A touch of magic surrounds the Thuringian lands!

A true natural paradise of endless, majestic forests, crossed by clear streams and ancient paths. A place where time stands still and the soul finds peace. Here, lush greenery meets picturesque clearings, enlivened by a rich flora and fauna. The fresh, pure air fills the senses and invites you to adventure and relaxation.

But what makes the Thuringian Forest truly magical are the countless mystical creatures that call it home. From the loving goblins and fairies of the Morgel stories to the legendary figures from old legends - you come across miracles everywhere. Here and there, gnomes hide in the undergrowth, while dwarves search for sparkling gemstones in their hidden mines. Legendary forest dwellers such as the shy elves roam the clearings and trees. Dangerous but also lovely creatures scurry about everywhere. Wizards, witches and vagabonds cause mischief.

In the misty morning hours, if you listen carefully, you can hear the song of the nymphs that live in the quiet ponds, and as night falls, the old trees tell stories of lost souls and brave heroes. The Thuringian Forest is not only a natural wonder, but a living treasure of fairy tales and legends that captivates and enchants every visitor.

Jens K. Carl's magical Morgel Stories!

In the deep, dark forests of Thuringia, where a mysterious place and a picturesque pond lie hidden behind magical firs, you will encounter strange creatures. The Morgelwald, a legendary world on the edge of the northern Thuringian Forest.

Immerse yourself in the fantastic Morgel stories and experience the adventures of the forest goblin Munk Orgu-Telas, also known as Morgel, and his loyal friends. These fairytale-like tales reveal the harmonious coexistence of the magical creatures with the people who have settled over time in the villages around the mystical Komstkochsteich.

For centuries, the community of goblins, fairies, animals and plants, accompanied by a few chosen people, has been enthroned around the picturesque Hohe Wurzel, which watches over the fairytale Morgelwald. Together they ensure peace, order and a touch of magic in the forests and fields between the Kahle Hardt, the Finsteren Tanne, the Ölberg and the Lauchaer Höhe.

In this happy and supportive community, time seems to stand still. All those who belong to the group are granted eternal life. But those who leave Thuringia return to mortality. Only a few feel the urge to leave, because living together at the Komstkochsteich is the most beautiful thing in the world. Here everyone is happy and content, safe in a group that is there for one another.

Occasionally, the circle of the chosen ones is expanded to include a new member. Be it a friendly puppy that was abandoned by people or a small circus bear that managed to escape captivity - everyone is welcome and finds their place in this magical and loving family.
